I also use "minutes" (although I usually defer to "moments" so that the issue doesn't even come up) and definitely just "hours" instead of "how many hours is an anlaen?" I also find that when I --don't-- do this and try to stick to in-game time labels, it doesn't lead to more immersion, but rather confusion.

Whenever I say "this will happen two days from now" everyone gets very fumbly confused about whether it's IC time or OOC time so I usually relent and just say the full date and time in a completely OOC fashion. Usability trumps any roleplay in that case.

As another note, "roisaen" is just gamgweth for "minutes" in common, so both are correct.
