| Now that we're way way way way way way wayyyyy off topic.
If you max out a bond value [on a Prediction Tool] it is protected against critical fumbles. Until that point it is not. This is to prevent the best tools from eventually decaying to nothing in the very long term. Also, tools never fully loose the ability to bond it just becomes very unlikely. | |
