There actually are fully defined mana values for each room in the AP, though they're perfunctory (I added them because I didn't want to explain to every person QCing the plane why they didn't exist). It's not really relevant now, but if we dip our toes very much further into extraplanar stuff, it's going to be necessary to make some conceit for not stripping everyone except one specific flavor of wizard of their magic when they enter the area. -Armifer
