It occurred to me in retrospect we hadn't actually told you guys about scrolls yet.

Scrolls in the Brave New World:

1) Everybody ignores spell pre-reqs on a scroll (signature spells are still not kosher, though).
2) There is no longer any attunement threshold requirement to keep the scroll in memory.
3) Scrolls disappear at the moment of death. You lose it even if you get resurrected.
4) By default, you can only keep one scroll active at a time (Improved Memory expands on this).
5) By default, you can only use scrolls within your realm (Magic Theorist expands on this).
