>>Also, what happened to being able to sense the available mana for the Stellar spellbook? Does that still use the average mana level, i.e. Enlightened Geometry?
Stellar Mana is gone. Each Stellar spell actually uses mana from one of the books, depending on where it thematically fits. SLS is Moonlight Manipulation >>This is exactly what happens. You can only see the "foundation" for Teleologic spells since you can't perceive holy or elemental mana. The lunar portion is determined by the average lunar mana and I believe is related to Enligtened Geometry (it is the book that represents the unweighted average of all three moons contribution which is EG IIRC). This is exactly what's going on, though the mana mix is slightly wrong (I redid it to be a less crude approximation on 3.0). The utility, frankly, exists because I wanted it to for completion sake - it isn't actually meant to be very useful because you can't sense half the mana you're working with. The actual mana mix is half holy or elemental (depending on the particular spell) and half lunar blend (perception and psychic projection actually). For completion sake I'll include this as well, since I know it'll be a follow up question: Perception = YAVASH + Katamba Which means the lunar component of Teleologic Sorcery is YAVASH + Xibar + katamba -Raesh | |
