It actually does make sense for you to spend several moments distracted from the world around you. Traditionally a knight could not put on their own armor without help, and it was a very time consuming process. We were sick of people using scripts to blast through armor compliments while jedi-defending against a horde of enemies.

Finally, this gives Paladins another armor perk which is always a good thing. Lighter armors have little to no RT once you have skill, so this should only be an issue if you are mixing and matching.

I am surprised by that. Generally speaking we've been seeing people go from 1-3 shotting enemies to taking 5-15. May need to look into this more as you should not be killing as quickly as in Prime. Have you tried hunting any other critters?

You have to use Tactics abilities on enemies assuming your Tactics skill is a weapon skill. If you have 200 weapons and 300 tactics, this could be challenging. Tactics abilities also award less experience if used on the same critter more than about 5 or 6 times.
