Recall has been heavily updated - this will be live in plat and (scary but true) prime as soon as prime finishes syncing up.

Here's what to expect:

History - This was entirely gutted and now works almost exactly like Evoke. This is a Good Thing. This is the default mode of Recall, it is driven by scholarship, wisdom and intelligence. Bards have a fairly hefty bonus to it, but no longer exclusive access. EXP is granted based on the difficulty of what you can recall - for now there is a 15 minute timer on learning and you may only learn from one recall of any sort during that time. EXP will be adjusted as needed, but this is not meant to be the backbone of a training regime.

The bad news here - Most things are not updated for it. Yes, this means I just broke every single recall history in the game. I'll be updating those as fast as I can, but that includes a lot of manual labor and rewriting a number of them to make sense for non-Bards. It's going to be an ongoing project, though I should be able to get P1 online fairly soon.

Items that have recalls on them are largely not updated so results will be... interesting. I should have all of these updated within a day or so (It's fairly fast to update them, I just have to do them one by one).

Creature recalls should work more or less as normal, but I still need to do some house cleaning in the area of recognizing what sort of spells they cast, boxes they carry and so forth. YMMV.

Evoke - This hasn't changed much, mostly the exp changes I mentioned the other day (1 hr timer, reasonably large learning - very likely to change once Bardic Lore gets better developed). It's still Bard only and driven by Bardic Lore, charisma and discipline.

Area - This should be fully 3.0 friendly now and is still Bard only and is entirely driven by Bardic Lore and Charisma. Note - It will NOT be able to detect Recall Histories until they've been updated for 3.0 - I ripped out the old mechanics rather than limping along in a weird hybrid mode. EXP from this is on it's own separate timer.

Caravan - Lets Traders find their caravan. No longer skill based.

Famous - No longer skill based, open to everyone. No longer tied to the card database, but still woefully out of date, but we now have the ability to actually add new characters to it that may have joined us in the last 10 RL years or so.

Heavens - Moon Mage only, not skill based. Tells you what a heavenly body predicts and can recall what Grazhir shards you know.

Herb - No longer skill based, open to everyone. Expect this to see HEAVY revision once Alchemy gets rolling, enough so that I'm aware some of the information is out of date or incomplete.

Holiday - No longer skill based, open to everyone.

Immortal - No longer skill based, open to everyone. I added in the Prydaen gods and plan to add the rest in the future, but it will need some overhauling similar to what was done for Famous first.

Mount - Same as before, tells you about your mount.
