| Armifer and I talked it over, and we’ve lowered it (Elusion) to Tier 2 difficulty and cost. We also reduced the level requirement to 20th. It still requires Khri Flight. This is live in Prime and Plat. TF will follow if nothing explodes unexpectedly.
