Just to clear a few things up on how RPAs work.

Using made up numbers:
Normal
Your pool has 100 exp in it. When it pulses, you drain 10 of those, adding 10 exp to your skill, leaving 90 in the pool.

With RPA
Your pool has 100 exp in it. When it pulses, you drain 12 of those, adding 15 exp to your skill, leaving 88 in the pool.

So, you get two bonuses. The first one functions very similarly to increased wisdom. You drain a larger percentage of your pool each pulse.

The second one works exactly like what BONECHEWER is requesting, increasing the reward to your skill on top of what you actually lose from your pool.

As a player, I use RPAs exactly the opposite of how you described. I use RPAs during my wall ranks, because the fairly substantial drain % bonus means that my skills actually don't get to mindlock as quickly. I play a combat tertiary guild, meaning that I can hunt for an hour straight while under the influence of RPA4, whereas I normally can only hunt for about 10 minutes before running out of stuff to do.
