This would be me... I haven't had a lot of time to spend on it, but it's my next project now that Elemental Weapons are out the door.

To be clear, this has nothing to do with forgetting careers/hobbies, and it's been stated many times these are permanent choices, akin to joining a guild or choosing a race. What we're talking about is upgrading a hobby to a career. For example, if you have a hobby of Weaponsmithing and a free career slot, you would move Weaponsmithing from a hobby slot to a career slot.
