| Closed and Guarded are currently defined as informational, meant to inform other players about your preferences. Only the Open stance currently has policy considerations.
To that end, no, there's nothing stopping someone Closed from indulging in all forms of consent -- though it shows that the player is a habitual liar about his intentions, which in itself is useful information to have. | |
