We're going to an entirely different skill scheme for spellcasting where PM plays a highly diminished role and you have the innate ability to shuffle around your mana in ways we can only dream of with what's in Prime right now. It's smaller numbers, but I wouldn't agree that it's penalization. Now the actual penalization will come from many spells being far more difficult to cap, but that's not an experience system thing. | |
