| The weapon techs work for any form you have access to, regardless of Shape Moonblade.
Note, however, that in 3.0 the base Moonblade spell is going to only grant you access to the normal form (which is a major reason we rewrote it to be not bad). Shape Moonblade will be needed for the rest, including heavy & curved. | |
