There can be a bit of a delay before the message, but the odds of triggering the actual disaster immediately after the warning are fairly low. It is possible that someone mining quickly could trigger a disaster before the warning fires, but there shouldn't be any situations in which the message doesn't fire at all (unless you trigger the disaster right away, which will prevent further messaging.) | |
