Here is my first-pass list for Barbarian Mastery abilities (renamed Maneuvers since I'm using those for combat things).

Predator Path Masteries

Duelist - Unlocks MEDITATE DUEL ability. This doubles the Barbarian's passive If regen limit for 10 minutes. Only usable out of combat, breaks once combat is initiated. Cooldown varies with IF skill but starts at 2 hours and caps at 45 minutes. Costs 4 slots. Must know 8 other Predator abilities.

Tribalist - Bonus to debilitation skill. Reduces IF pulse cost of forms. Costs 4 slots. Must know 8 other Predator abilities.

Dervish - Unlocks Improved Whirlwind attack maneuver. Costs 1 slot. Must know 6 other Predator abilities.

Horde Path Masteries

Mercenary - Bonus to augmentation skill, reduces cost of berserking. Costs 4 slots. Must know 8 other Horde abilities.

Strategos - Bonus IF from killing enemies, unlocks ROAR AREA. Costs 4 slots. Must know 8 other Horde abilities.

Juggernaut - Unlocks Improved Warstomp attack maneuver. Costs 1 slot. Must know 6 other Horde abilities.

Flame Path Masteries

Powermonger - Bonus to inner fire skill, more precise IF readings, +passive IF regen limit. Costs 4 slots. Must know 9 other [Flame] abilities.

Yogi - Allows meditating while standing and engaged at range, reduces RT and cost of meditating. Costs 4 slots. Must know 9 other Flame abilities.

Templar - Unlocks new ways to destroy magic items and view your count of magic items destroyed. Costs 1 slot, must know 7 other Flame abilities.

Note - Meditate Flame is known for free, hence why Flame Masteries require 1 more known ability.

As I am able to expand combat and add new combat maneuvers they'll be purchasable as 1-slot abilities here. It is not intended that a Barbarian will be able to learn all of the Masteries AND most of their normal abilities. They are deep and expensive to force hard decision making and uniqueness within the Guild.

Please let me know what you think!
