| As of this year's Hollow Eve, the Paasvadh Forest, Clearing right where the blade spiders drop people off for the festival is no longer a spot you can cast magic in.
This was done for the stability of the game, and to address some issues that have been increasing over the years in the clearing. Festival goers can still be healed, rezzed, and have their other magical needs attended to in several rooms inside of the festival grounds. This includes all of the usual spots from previous years, as well as the Upper Abdomen, Lounge area.
