Since circle reqs have now been posted, let's see what they mean for MUs.

Spellslots per guild start at 1:1 (one slot per circle) for everyone except Tertiaries, who start at 1:2 (one every other circle).

Secondaries slow down to 1:2 at 20th circle.
Primaries slow down to 1:2 at 50th circle.
Everyone slows down to 1:3 (one every three circles) at 100th circle.
