Yes, when doing a sorcery, sorcerous casting, using the Method while casting, or however we want to frame it today. This is, and has always been, a retcon from the earlier days (the Rigby era stuff), but it is consistent with the 2010 position and we're going to run with that unless we find an excellent reason not to. | |
