Barbarians are not designed to have full access to their Inner fire outside of rare circumstances such as spending extended time in combat. Your abilities were designed with this in mind, and some changes are planned to help with it somewhat. For example, hitting your opponent in a spar will now generate some IF. There is also the Duelist Mastery you could learn that gives a meditation very similar to what you described. | |
