In an effort to help out the very young, I have made a slight tweak to evasion experience for the lowest level folks to hopefully help speed along the first few ranks of evasion. The success calculations have not been touched, just the experience award.

In an effort to help out the higher circle folks, I have made a similiar tweak to multiple opponent experience as it currently trails off faster than other defensive skills. It desperately needs a complete overhaul but in the mean time I hope this might help some.

This change is live in all instances.
