No, probably not. If the mastery skill was less than the weapon skill you'd get no benefit. Even if it was higher, the benefit is just a % and unlikely to have an even result. Just to re-iterate too, we'll keep an eye on the IF usage and tweak as necessary. Please don't go ragequitting just because something feels off right now. Constructive feedback helps us get it right. | |
