| I believe you can craft USABLE Tier 6 items with 150 ranks, with the correct technique and career and capped ingredients/tools. I never said mastercrafted quality :P
The system is designed so you quickly hit the 70 quality mark, and then spend the remaining time going from 71-99 quality. | |
