| FEST is usually reserved for HE these days, if I recall correctly. Guildfest is a more casual affair. It's up to the individual alterers whether or not they wish to announce alteration sessions in advance. If we get a number of those, though, I will put up a schedule post in the GM Announcements section.
As to the opening time, it will be in the evening of May 31st. Melete | |
