| Players and critters have so many hp now that the window for grazing hits was reduced. Reducing an attack to 0 damage just won't happen as frequently without buffs in effect. This is good because it means those abilities have a larger place in the game, and it allows us to have more powerful versions of them when enchanting and alchemy come out. | |
