| Has anyone tested out the new special attack on them yet?
If not, why? I'm trying to dial these guys in so they're basically the terrifying beasts they were meant to be (They were woefully underwhelming before) but they still need to be punishing enough to the user to not be an every day thing. As an aside, I double checked how much social outrage they give when used in a justice area and I'm going to go ahead and say it was "Excessive". I reduced it by a third, but be warned, 2/3rds of "Excessive" is still a heck of a lot of social outrage. | |
