As Akkei said, there will be support for adjusting the toolbelts in the future (as well as some lesser items that work similarly.) Right now the tentative plan is to have something ready for guildfest. You can currently ask an alterer if they'll help you out, but performing the work is up to the alterer and they may charge you a hilarious amount of money for it.

For now, I've made the update that should allow you to tie things to them while you have full hands, and you should be able to untie things so long as you have one free hand.

>tie bow to tool
You attach a bowl to your leather toolbelt.
>tie sie to too
You attach a sieve to your leather toolbelt.
>get pes
You pick up a pestle.
>tie pes to tool
You attach a pestle to your leather toolbelt.
>untie pes
You remove a pestle from your leather toolbelt.
>untie bow
You remove a bowl from your leather toolbelt.
>untie sie
You fumble with the ties, quickly realizing that you need a free hand.
