That's correct. Our policy for Necro-specific abilities is that they cannot directly benefit anyone other than the immediate user, making necromancy a fundamentally selfish art and avoiding any mechanical incentive for other PCs to seek out Necromancers any reason other than to harm them.

The spirit of this policy would only apply to Necromancer specific enchantments, not the broad use of the Necromancer disjunct sigil (for its use in enchantments open to everyone).
