I'm impressed, Shavay. Not bad for a 12pm roundtable on saturday without taking notes!

For fun, here's the current sigils list - including the Acquisition update ;)

Primary:

Sigil Effect
Induction Bring into being
Abolition Destroy
Congruence Align two things
Permutation Alter an existing thing
Rarefaction Refine or purify

Complex:

Sigil Composition
Paradox I + A
Nurture I + C
Metamorphosis I + P
Evolution I + R
Antipode A + C
Decay A + P
Ascension A + R
Integration C + P
Unity C + R
Clarification P + R

Disjunct

Sigil Guild
Justice Paladin
Wrath Barbarian
Verdant Ranger
Divinity Cleric
Sacrifice Empath
Conjuration Warrior Mage
Deception Thief
Spatial Moon Mage
Fugue Bard
Acquisition Trader
Blight Necromancer

These are not set in stone.

Recipes in enchanting will work a little differently than in forging. All recipes will have required sigils or types of sigils, but can be subtly modified by additional sigils at the end of the creation process. For example, a flaming sword might require Induction, Antipode and Integration sigils. A fourth sigil could be applied, applying slight bonuses or penalties to duration, potency, charges, chance of proccing, and so on.

Since specific sigils are not inherently interchangeable the way that many metals are, they won't have quite the same range of rarity either. Instead, rare or challenging enchantments will use the Disjunct Sigils as a throttling mechanism. Disjunct sigils will be sufficiently dispersed as to enforce a relatively slow acquisition rate, and the rarity of enchantments will be represented by the number of disjunct sigils required in creation.

For example, a generic challenging enchantment might require 1 disjunct sigil to complete of any guild type. A more potent challenging enchantment from a specific guild might require 3 disjunct sigils from that guild type.

I'll hold off on more lore and technical details for now so I can keep up a trickle while we're actually doing work. :P
