Heh. Cambrinth is a fragile mineral, incapable of being smelted. You'll see it mined and used in enchanting most likely. I'd like to say that [cambrinth] cannot survive attempts to alter its crystaline state. So, no carving for it. We'll see what the magic gurus think.

Chakrel is a bit softer, though still delicate. Carving will be how it is used to make refined pieces. Then those pieces will be usable elsewhere (artistry to fit into jewelry and sword/armor sockets, carving for amulets and simple jewelry).
