This is almost correct: Cast 1: - Target is stunned for 20 sec - Timer starts with a value of 80 seconds Cast 2, 30 seconds later: - Target is stunned for 10 seconds - Timer starts with a value of 70 seconds Cast 3+, 30 seconds later: - Target is stunned for 1 second - Timer starts with a value of 70 seconds The only difference is that cast 3+ does not restart the timer.
