Hail and Well Met! As some of you may have noticed, the packs sold at Beastly Behavior have been pulled from the shop. Unfortunately, the packs were larger than we normally allow for festival merchants, and as a result they have been pulled until they can be corrected. Packs that have already been sold will automatically adjust to a size more inline with our festival guidelines, but I want to stress that they will still be larger than store-bought packs and as a result a good deal for the price. Please note that the packs will not update instantly or all at the same time, but they will update to the correct size. This means that in some cases items remove from the pack may not fit back in if the pack is already near full, or if unusually large items were squeezed into it. I have also temporarily added a Gnome attendant to the Beastly Behavior shop. This attendant will accept the return of these packs in exchange for the original selling price should anyone wish to return the packs for the tickets. The packs must be empty and they must be the packs sold from the shop in order for this exchange to work, obviously. The attendant will ask you if you are sure you wish to make the exchange, since the item cannot be returned once exchanged -- so please be sure you want to do this! If you want to keep the updated pack, you are welcome to do so -- it is still a larger-than-normal pack and well worth the modest price! I just added the return option in case anyone feels they didn't get what they wanted as a result of this bug fix and wants their tickets back. To return the item to the attendant, make sure it is empty and in your hand, then type GIVE PACK TO ATTENDANT. He will ask for you to repeat the command in the next 15 seconds to confirm that you do indeed want to make the return. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences or confusion this may have caused.
