| DRAW is kind of an all-around decent attack type. It does equal P/S/I damage, but individually each is less than what SWING/CHOP/LUNGE do. So if your HB is primarily impact, SWING will do more damage.
Regardless, DRAW has a shorter RT, a larger OF bonus and a larger balance bonus to using, hence the high fatigue cost. | |
