| Ahh, totally forgot about the RT while swapping armor in combat. In 3.0 I have planned for a short RT for changing armor while engaged. This will vary depending on how hindering the armor is, how much area the piece covers, and will be worked down with armor skill. Paladins will have a large RT reduction as a Guild perk.
It never was very realistic to shimmy out of some heavy full plate and into some combat leathers instantaneously... | |
