| If you have perfect skill, you can mastercraft items with 60ish quality ingredient OR 70ish quality tools. They both factor into the composite score. What is the quality of the flux? It is possible some people are using old flux that isn't as high a quality as the new storebought stuff (I've been changing everything to 80+ the past few weeks). | |
