I think you must be misunderstanding something I said, that's not a feature of new prediction. The new TV is like the TV only in the actual description of what you're doing, which is blinding someone with overwhelming prophecy. More specifically your forcing a minor prophetic connection into the mind of another, usually a mind that's not prepared to handle that sort of information. It can be cast on yourself or others. When cast on a non-Moon Mage it acts as a pulse based debilitation spell as visions overwhelm them, causing them to stagger and so forth. These visions also frequently manifest as random minor predictions on the target, almost always curses. When cast on a Moon Mage the debilitation effects are less noticeable, as their mind is prepared to deal with this sort of information. Each pulse yields useful information to the target by feeding into their prediction pools, but the spell overloads their existing talent causing nerve damage in the process. >>SET/TF I'm willing to look at revisions to both of these spells once 3.0 is fully up and running and we have a stable place to start from.
