Greetings, folks. As last year, there is a limit on the number of alterations an ACCOUNT can have throughout the duration of the fest. Everyone gets 2 alteration for the account. Estate Holders (Premium subscribers) get 1 additional alteration, for a total of 3. We're also introducing a similar mechanic for raffles, this year. Each CHARACTER will be limited to 3 wins for the duration of the event. Additionally, a winning character cannot get a ticket for another raffle for 12 hours after their win. Messaging indicates this if you try. If you win a raffle, you're free to watch them for the next 12 hours, but you won't be able to get a ticket. The idea isn't to exclude people, but instead to spread the attention around so that everyone has a better chance of getting something special. These numbers CAN change as the fest goes along if it seems like all of the slots are used up. These are what we're starting with, though. The raffle limitations are not in effect for Platinum. TF may be excluded from them as well, too early to be certain. Go forth and explore, shop and have fun!
