In spirit, yes, but the general GM population has no way to tell which accounts are linked to other accounts and sometimes, it's not even that easy for those of us who do have access to the info to tell who is who. It's not impossible, it just takes time and more time than we'd generally want to spend having to track down something that should boil down to honesty, courtesy, and respect for your fellow players. | |
