| Access to a Loom and other tools will be required for raw material refining. But actually sewing together clothing from bolts of refined cloth could be done anywhere. Initially there will be raw materials sold in the stores you can then make into refined bolts of fabric. Those bolts (along with other items.. like buttons) are then used to make the finished items.
As for the items, expect them to have a few enhancements you can do to them with Tailoring, but otherwise will be open-ended for artistry to grab a hold of and make even prettier. | |
