| Stealth updates are definitely not the culprit here - They only went in last night, and people were reporting problems before then.
There weren't any exp changes that went in - only circle cap stuff. The experience code is completely converted to X3 mode and definitely didn't get rolled into Prime - We'd be seeing far more insane issues if it had. The circle cap stuff definitely coincides with the timing that people started reporting problems learning stalking. I've looked and looked and can't find any evidence that that's more than a coincidence, though. Plat is reporting the same issue, and they don't have the circle caps yet.
