The Reshalian fleet has been rebuilt, and the frequent skirmishes with the Red Sash have created a readiness in the fleet unseen in peacetime in many years. Still, they have been emboldened by the continued delay in the Ogre's trial. I arranged for his capture to send a clear message with a swift execution, and Moglin continues to push for a thorough and fair trial that takes into account the Ogre's usefulness and spineless demeanor.
