Any memory of a DragonRealms without visible AFK scripting is, at best, facilitated by incredibly sophisticated rose-colored lenses. If anything it's considerably less of an issue than it was in the earlier years of DR. But it is, of course, still an issue. So, here's the thing. Our process is set up so that the innocent, even sometimes the very questionably innocent, do not receive warnings. I take any claim of ever getting an AFK Scripting warning "on accident" to be extremely suspect, though policy and ethics prevent us from talking about or giving details about the specific cases where this is sometimes claimed. It is pretty easy to not get an AFK scripting warning! You may even say too easy, but again, the incentive here is we never want to catch someone by accident. It is actually better to have scripters in the wild than it is to give a warning and subsequent penalties to the innocent.
