Plans for Talking to Nera

This is the log of our plans to talk to Nera. In short, our plan was to talk to Nera because she was one of the greatest prophets ever. Our goal was to learn more about the Arbiter, Pelag, the Plane of Probability, and why their is hostility between the Moon Mage guild and them. We planned on creating a Curious Anomaly that would hopefully garner Nera's attention.
