Description
A sparkling, energetic young halfling, Penelope is constantly busy keeping business running for the office. Even with all the work she does, though, she still maintains a fastidiously clean and businesslike appearance.
On her desk in the guild is a portrait:
- Nestled in the carved wooden frame is the picture of a dashing Halfling male, skillfully painted to capture the telltale twinkle in his eyes and the rosy hue of his cheeks.
