Owner of Mer'Kresh's pawn shop.
Description
A tattered and faded green bandana is tied on Oweede's head in a futile attempt to cover her thin grey hair. She is dressed in a dingy simple cotton frock and a shopworn orange foraging apron with pockets bulging with her treasures. Rubbing her hands together gleefully, she glances around her shop as if taking a mental inventory of the multitude of goods stored on shelves, in boxes and sacks, or simply stacked haphazardly against the walls.
