Formerly known as Chepiso, Opisekh was the former leader of the Hounds of Rutilor. In year 448, he went on several rampages killing anyone he deemed as being in league with necromancers. He also killed numerous clerics and empaths for merely disagreeing with him.

After being removed from his position, he was tortured by the Hounds of Rutilor then executed in a public display with the expectation he would be abandoned by Rutilor and walk the Starry Road. Instead he came back to life with a rage fueled strength and took on the name the crowd around him was chanting: Opisekh.

Removal from the Hounds of Rutilor

As a result of his rampant killings while he led the Hounds of Rutilor, the Zoluren High Council issued a statement renouncing his aggressive tactics and revoking his leadership of the Hounds of Rutilor. He was smote by Rutilor.

By order of the Zoluren High Council:
Whereas murder based solely on slander will not stand in a lawful society.
Mob rule and execution by the masses for religious zealotry has no place in Zoluren.

Whereas: Chepiso has incited the Hounds of Rutilor to execute citizens in the streets with arbitrary and unfound judgment.
And where Chepiso has incited the mob to murder solely based on questioning these acts.
And where the Hounds of Rutilor have been complicit in his crimes.

Hereby: Chepiso will be exiled from Zoluren for crimes against the state.
As his actions have drawn shame to the Hounds of Rutilor, the Hounds of Rutilor must abide by consequences of his acts.
Zoluren hereby remands Chepiso to the custody of the Hounds of Rutilor.

The Hounds of Rutilor will no longer execute individuals suspected of Necromancy in the street.
The Hounds will be permitted to operate only when actual Necromancy has been observed.

This agreement has been ratified by the Zoluren High Council
Grandmaster Taramaine Ennis-Braun
The Hounds of Rutilor
and High Priestess Tallis Elarial.

Per order of Grandmaster Taramaine, this edict will be distributed by Goldcaps for other provinces to sign.
