Dateline 12/30/2014: BOATS AND PRIVACY |
If a ship is at sea or anchored on the water, you won't get nudged/cautioned/warned if you are doing something lewd, vulgar, etc. In this respect, boats are the same as a lockable private room. On the flipside if your ship is moored to --anything--, even if the plank is guarded, the ship is considered a public venue so you need to watch your language and actions. |
With all that said, we do wish that you take into consideration any guests that are onboard your ship if you start running pleasure cruises. |
Note also that discussions of illegal activities will invalidate privacy even when at sea. |
