In Crossing, a prominent notice is neatly penned and posted near the gateway for all to see:

"Due to less than savory activities happening within the Guildhall proper and nearby areas, Guildleader Kalika has asked the Crossing guard to expand their patrols to our grounds. While we strive for balance, our Guild is not and should not be a haven for thieves and worse. Those used to violating the local laws should take heed that this will no longer be tolerated."
