You can no longer affect another player with substances unless they have given you consent to do so using the CONSENT verb. This should include rubbing, feeding, pouring, or waving a substance at someone.

A new function has been added to the CONSENT verb. CONSENT EMPATH will allow any member of the Empath Guild to affect you with substances.
