[Modesty's Lair of Marvels, Pavilion Foyer]
Lacy spidersilk drapes cover the grand foyer, shimmering with light from the exquisite pair of animite candelabra positioned at opposite corners of the room. Footfalls are cushioned by the luxurious carpet with a finely-woven depiction of the slumbering world dragon which graces the length of the foyer. Poised near the pavilion entrances is a strong, handsome Kaldar who stands alert and seemingly ready to spring at the slightest provocation.
You also see the cloud pavilion, the fiery pavilion, the arbor pavilion, the ocean pavilion, the night pavilion, a sorrel curtain with ochre tassels, an elegantly scripted sign and a pavilion flap.

An elagantly scripted sign reads: My jewelry is in very limited supply and crafted from pure animite and set with the finest spinels. For 10 platinum coins I will bond a piece of my jewelry to its owner. Once bonded, in the event that someone other than the owner attempts to take it, the jewelry will return to its proper owner. I will periodically open a list to serve customers interested in this service. |
[Modesty's Lair of Marvels, Cloud Pavilion]
Fine gossamer drapes of varying lengths casually flutter at the slightest breeze, drifting against piles of large, soft, white pillows which have been strategically placed in various corners of the room. The gentle movement of the gossamer draws your eye to the skeins of azure silk which stretch to cover the entire roof of the pavilion.

From each post throughout the pavilion are large sconces that emit bright light about the room. Strips of ocher and scarlet brocade drape from the center of the room and gather in the corners.

Muted light from carefully shielded candles casts a somber glow about the room. All exterior lighting has been blocked by thick walls of soft canvas. Black crushed velvet curtains fill the interior, providing little room for gathering in groups.

Velvet drapes in shades of sorrel and ochre line the walls of this room. Soft light from various candles casts a warm glow throughout the pavilion. A floor-length mirror with animite filigree is placed opposite a polished lunat table. Soft cushioned chairs invite you to indulge in their comfort. You also see the pavilion foyer.
