You see Champion Councilor Malachias Wheelwright, Horse Whisperer of the Order of the Apostles, an Elothean.
He has a square-jawed face, slightly pointed ears, tilted almond-shaped leaf-green eyes and an aquiline nose. His silver-streaked black hair is very long and thick, and is worn pulled back in a multitude of beaded braids. He has weathered skin and an athletic build.

The horse's head faces up his left arm as it runs along the vividly detailed landscape encircling his entire forearm in a sheath pattern. Unshod hooves kick up a dust cloud that trails behind the horse and flows downward. Carefully inked hairs forming the horse's mane flow across the upper portion of his bicep. The horse's tail trails behind it, almost covering the phrase "Horse Whisperer" formed in the dust surrounding the tattoo ending on his left wrist.
